Admission ticket DODO month Almere Jungle + optional Dodo plush toy

Almere Jungle is a unique combination of care facility, botanical garden, animal shelter and zoo all in one. Travel through five continents and discover the diversity of animals and plants. Walk beneath the agile white-faced saki monkeys, see the two-metre-long spectacled caimans underwater and be amazed by the length of the tiger python. Learn more about the animals during the feeding talks given by our animal keepers. The jungle is also home to various exotic flora, including carnivorous plants, colourful orchids and the world's largest species of water lily! During your expedition, visit Kayaan's temple and watch the thrilling show. Perhaps the temple is awake and you can have a chat with him. The park is 70% covered, so there is plenty to experience both indoors and outdoors.

Jungle Store and Jungle Café
Impressed by the animals and plants in the park? Be sure to visit the Jungle Store after your visit. Here you will find, among other things, your favourite animal as a plush toy, special plants from the botanical garden for your home and delicious local products. End the day with a bite to eat and a drink at the Jungle Café. After all the splashing fun, you can dry off in the sun on the terrace while the children have fun in the new playground.

Care facility
Did you know that Almere Jungle is a care facility? By visiting Almere Jungle, you support an enjoyable and meaningful daytime activity programme for 150 children and (young) adults with disabilities. They help care for the plants and animals, create artworks you will encounter in the jungle and are happy to help you in the Jungle Store or Jungle Café.
