- In addition to the animals, admire the beautiful Historical Harenkarspel Museum.

Between Alkmaar and Schagen, you will find Blanckendaell Zoo in Tuitjenhorn. An ideal outing for the whole family. Visit a real savannah and more than 100 animal species! The park offers fun for all age groups and is very wheelchair-friendly.
In the cafeteria, visitors enjoy a cup of coffee or a tasty lunch while the children play, climb, and clamber in the large playground. Or go back in time at the Historical Museum Harenkarspel, where old-fashioned agricultural implements from the surrounding area are on display. Mooi park, in rust alles kunnen bekijken en genieten.

Ik en mijn man vonden het een heerlijke middag lekker rustig totaal geen wachtrijen, vriendelijk kassamedewerkster. Genoeg binnen te zien, was ook lekker weer op terrasje gezeten bakje koffie gedaan. Zeker wel waard om er heen te gaan.Genoeg dieren en vogels te zien , .
